Can I end my subscription early after delivery?

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the rental of motor vehicles. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer our customers a free cancellation of the contract within 48 hours of booking. This request for cancellation should be sent via e-mail to help@finn.com.

 

If the cancellation takes place later than 48 hours after the booking time, FINN is entitled to collect a corresponding fee in the amount of one month's rent from the customer. The booking time is the time of the order creation.

 

If the cancellation takes place 48 hours before delivery, FINN is entitled to collect a corresponding fee in the amount of two month's rent as well as the delivery fee from the customer.

 

Once the vehicle has been delivered to you, you cannot cancel your contract with FINN without good cause (see our GTC's). If you have valid reasons, please send your cancellation request including evidence that can prove your reasons in writing to our service team.
