How does the appraisal process work at the partner location?

To make the return process as easy and convenient as possible for you, a driver will collect your FINN car from your home for $199 and transfer it to one of our partner locations. Once the vehicle arrives at the partner location, it is inspected by an expert for possible damage or excessive wear. To ensure the independence of the inspection, it is carried out by a third-party appraiser.

 

The condition of the vehicle is summarized in a report, which you will receive by email a few days after your return. Any damage caused during the transfer to our partner location will certainly not be taken into account. Hence, you do not have to fear any hidden costs in the final invoice.
