In the event of an accident, inform the police immediately by calling 911 and, after the accident has been reported, ask to be given a copy of the police report, including the name, address, mobile number, and license plate number of the other party involved in the accident.
After this has been done, please report to our damage and maintenance team which can be reached around the clock at (888) 296-3688, extension 1 and they will coordinate all further steps for you.
Please provide them with the following information:
- Provider: FINN Auto
- Your license plate number
- Your mileage
- First name, last name
- Damage description
- Date of damage
- License plate number of the other party involved in the accident (if available).
