What do I do in the event that I am experiencing a maintenance issue?

In the event that your vehicle is experiencing maintenance issues i.e - battery failure, poor brake performance, oil leaks, engine issues, etc., please take the following steps: 


  1. Please call us at (888) 296-3688, extension 1. 
  2. Instruct us on whether the vehicle is still driveable. In the event that it is not driveable we will request that you ask your local dealership to set up a tow of the car. 
  3. In the event that the vehicle is driveable we will request that you take your vehicle to your local dealership to have the vehicle inspected for damage.
  4. Payment should be settled between FINN the dealership in the event that a maintenance issue is found as all vehicles are under warranty.
