Comfortable vehicle pick-up
To make the return process as easy and convenient as possible for you, you can choose to either return the vehicle to one of our vehicle drop off locations or have a driver collect your FINN car from your home for $199. Together with the driver, you will fill out a handover protocol in which the vehicle's condition is recorded. Please inform the driver directly of any possible damage during this process.
Independent appraisal at our partner location
After the vehicle has been transferred to one of our partner locations, it will be examined by an expert regarding possible damages or excess wear and tear. To ensure neutrality during the inspection process, it is carried out by a third-party appraiser. The condition of the vehicle is summarized in a report, which you will receive by e-mail a few days after your return. Any damage caused during the transfer to our partner location will certainly not be taken into account. Hence, you do not have to fear any hidden costs in the final invoice.
