In the event of a damage or repair claim resulting in a customer's FINN car becoming inoperable, FINN customers will be responsible for covering upfront costs for any rental vehicle. Following the rental car period, customers may submit a reimbursement request to FINN for amounts up to FINN's rental allowance, which is a maximum of $40 per day for up to 20 days.
When booking rental cars, FINN recommends utilizing either Enterprise or Hertz. It is generally advisable to steer clear of airport locations, as they tend to impose higher rental car rates.
